1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a TeachPro account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use TeachPro.

2. Description of service

TeachPro is a web-based teacher planning tool including lesson planning, gradebook, task management, and note-taking features, accessible via web browser at teachpro.app.

3. Subscription plans and billing

  • Monthly plan: $30 AUD/month, billed monthly
  • Annual plan: $250 AUD/year, billed annually
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  • Prices are in Australian dollars and may be subject to GST once we are required to register for GST.

4. Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via account settings, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, no partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
  • New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial period ends, and you can cancel any time during the trial at no cost.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you input into TeachPro (lesson plans, notes, gradebook data). You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you input, including any student information.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use TeachPro for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse-engineer or resell access to the platform

7. Disclaimer of warranties

TeachPro is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for data loss, we recommend keeping your own backups of critical information (e.g. exporting grades periodically).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, TeachPro's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TeachPro after changes constitutes acceptance.
